Circus School Four-Week Self-Massage Series

Learn self-massage techniques to find relief from pain and improve mobility. Through this 4-week session, Elizabeth will guide you through massages for specific areas that are overused and abused in the various circus arts with the help of Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls, teaching you the techniques to gift yourself with a massage whenever you want!

Some benefits include: pain relief, increased mobility and flexibility, deep relaxation, and improved sport performance.

Series Line-Up:

  • Sunday January 28th - Hip Flexors AKA Tight Hips
  • Sunday February 25th - Plantar Flexors AKA Pointed Toes
  • Sunday March 25th - Wrist Flexors AKA Grip Strength
  • Sunday April 22nd - Rotator Cuff AKA Shoulder Stability
